It’s a busy time of year for everyone including BGFC as we prepare to launch the second children’s book in the My Family Series. Already available as an eBook My Two Super Dads has just been sent to the printer and will be available for Fathers Day. BG Fallens Consulting has brought some exciting new clients on board in the past month! These include the cosmetics company Motives whom we’ll be doing some interesting direct marketing work with including a fantastic event to be held around the Springtime! We’re working very hard on an online strategy for Milkk PR / Milkk PR which includes building their websites amongst other things. Milkk PR are of course the fantastic agency behind all the wonderful publicity that the My Super Family children’s book series has been receiving in particular the first release My Super Single Mum. Finally, we welcome the eBay store the Beading Store to our client family where we’ll be working on their eBay store as our first point of call. We’re also working with The Actors Secret Weapon implementing a website overhaul which we will release very soon. All in all, very exciting times for BG Fallens Consulting! Watch this space for more news coming soon including the launch of My Two Super Dads which we are so excited to be bringing you for Fathers Day Til then, here’s a sneak peak at the book:

After successfully implementing a marketing plan for FB Salons we have been working closely with PROtog and Blush Photography on providing an email newsletter solution. Earlier in the year we provided stage 1 project services to Australia Post delivering an event spec for them which we hope to progress to Stage 2 later in the year. Most recently we have been busy working with Grit Media, the not-for-profit organisation producing media for Channel 31 and private clients including the television program No Limits. We are also currently working on the project management of the travelling chair website build. This exciting new website will create an access portal relating to accessibility in the community. In addition we are building an exciting event to be delivered on Thursday 26 May at RMIT for Grit Media showcasing the organisation. Whilst all the above has kept us extremely busy we have also been working on the My Family children’s book series with the launch of My Super Single Mum. View our launch event here.

BG Fallens Consulting is proud to announce three new clients: Blush Photography, FB Salons and Grit Media.

Blush was established in February 2000 to update and modernize the image of “Glamour” Photography and to allow everyday people the chance to look and feel like a photographic model. We are the new style of glamour with a fresh and artistic magazine look. BG Fallens will be working on a number of online marketing initiatives.

FB Salons brings 38 years of hairdressing experience to the industry with expertise in training as well. BG Fallens will bring to the team online & offline marketing management.

Grit Media brings awareness of disability into peoples’ homes through production of realistic, compelling and engaging content. They encourage audiences to see disability as a natural part of life. Grit Media is dedicated to the training and empowerment of people with disabilities. They aim to influence the wider media industry, and battle a culture of harmful misconception and ignorance with real and positive representation.

BG Fallens will be working on the exciting Travelling Chair website project as well as looking into sponsorship opportunities for Grit Media.

It's Christmas Time

Last Thursday and Friday I tootled along to the PeSA eBay Summit for 2010. I met so many lovely people selling everything from cosmetics to jewellery to cars to carpet to furniture to cashmere and even orchids! Everyone was so interesting but more important we all seemed to have the entrepreneurial spirit. Something that is close to my heart as a business owner.

You may have noticed the walls of my stall were wallpapered with marketing idea tiles! The idea behind this was to show how effective marketing idea’s can be on a small budget. All that was required for this effective marketing tool was a printer, computer and 101 marketing ideas. I saw many stop and read the tiles and had quite a few comments that there was always something new to learn.
